Information we collect
When you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you decide to share, such as your name, your phone number, your email address and the content of your message.
When you visit the site, our web server automatically records basic technical information about each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time. These records are deleted automatically after about two weeks.
This site doesn’t have a contact form at the moment. If we add one, we’ll update this policy before it goes live.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and talk with you about your project.
- To prepare a proposal when you ask for one.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Cookies
This site uses one functional cookie, pll_language, which remembers whether you’re viewing the English or Spanish version. It contains only the language code and expires after one year. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies.
If a site administrator signs in to the administration area, WordPress sets the cookies it needs for that session.
Because the site doesn’t track visitors, it doesn’t change how it works in response to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
Sharing
We don’t sell your personal information and we don’t share it for advertising. We use a hosting provider to run this website and an email provider to deliver and store email; they handle information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you’ve sent us by writing to jolivera@jfmedia.us.
Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
